The College of Computing and Mathematics (CCM) at the King Fahd University of Petroleum and Engineering (KFUPM) is one of the eight colleges, established in 1986 and soon after became one of the best colleges at KFUPM. It is highly recognized throughout the Gulf and many other parts of the world for its excellence in education and research.

CCM consists of four departments;  Computer Engineering,  Information and Computer Science,  Industrial & Systems Engineering and  Mathematics. Each department offers strong and exceptional academic undergraduate programs and well-established graduate programs (MS. And Ph.D.).  The College is a vast and multidisciplinary academic community and we strive to engage and inspire throughout. We take pride in preparing our graduates to meet the real-world challenges.

CCM is proud of the diverse faculty and staff it hires from all around the world. They come from world-renowned highly ranked universities and are involved in ground breaking global researches and publications in highly ranked academic journals. Amongst these are also well-known faculty with published text books used in many universities.

The students of our college are top students of the University. The Industry, private sector, Government, and the international academic world have prodded the ultimate test of the College's achievement, as they hire graduates from CCM at KFUPM.  Our excellent tradition in education, research, and public service continues because of the dedication of our faculty, staff, and students as well as the strong support from KFUPM, Saudi Government, and the Industry. Our relations with the Industry includes research collaborations and contracts, internships for students and faculty through summer training, and the cooperative education program.

We are proud of the accomplishments of our students as well as our faculty and stuff; and hold great confidence in the excellence of the distinguished programs and facilities we offer.
